Jennie, retail therapy can be particularly effective when you stick to clearance racks and huge internet sales. You can spend less and get more for it...plus you get to feel all virtuous that you didn't spend full retail.

But when money's really, really tight, I stick to window shopping therapy and flea markets.</description>
