Interior Inspiration
I’m running short on time today while my to-do list is getting bigger and bigger and bigger, so I thought I’d present you with some snapshots of interiors that I find particularly inspiring in their use of color, their elegance, and their originality. Enjoy!

The Stark & Sublime one just needs Fred and Ginger in their white & tails and glamorous satin gown respectively. It’s very elegant and glamorous but I don’t like the chair’s lucite chair.
I love using lots of color so the Marie Claire Maison and ApartmentTherapy designs totally rock my boat!
But I appreciate the eclecticism of the Robin Bell design is probably what I will end up with as I collect home items via my travels.
The the Robin Bell design is probably my favorite for the very reasons you appreciate it, Little Red. So far, my own home has evolved in a very eclectic way. I’ve been helped along with gifts from well-traveled relatives and cool thrift finds. I do have to say that I sometimes have to curb my impulse to make my living room or kitchen look like something out of a catalog. I’m proud of myself — I recently sewed some pillowcases that are orange, blue, and white. They match almost nothing in my living room, but they look awesome in there!
I don’t know if its because i just recently went to a Frida Kahlo exhibit, but the Marie Claire Mason and Apartment Therapy shots remind me of her “Blue House”. I LOVE IT. Since I just moved into a new, bare, and white-wall infested apartment, I have been looking for great ways to use color in order to make my new home more cozy. These pictures definitely make me a little more bold with my color selections.
