I’m Feeling: Orange!
By Christa TerryOrange is not a color that figures prominently in my home decor — I have two throw pillows in my living room that include orange stripes as part of their design and that’s about it for orange. It is, however, a bright and cheery color that can evoke feelings of excitement, enthusiasm, and warmth, and it can catch the eye with startling efficiency. Don’t want to get noticed? Stay away from this color! If, on the other hand, you want to set people to talking about your signature style, look no further.
This Orange Hipster storage unit makes a great television stand or mini book case. Short on space? No prob — tuck it into a corner.
Or give your bathroom a makeover with this orange lacquerware bath set. The facilities will have never looked so good.
Then again, sometimes it’s the simple splash of color that has the most impact. One or two Ashanti table lamps can add kick to a space.
Then again, it’s always fun to go all out, no?

Now orange you glad I had orange on the brain today?

Orange, in my opinion, is best used sparingly…rather like butter. Too much is barf-worthy.

Poor pooch isn’t feeling it! the color Orange (like the liquor Bacardi 151) should be used with discretion and moderation…. Otherwise you’ll regret it (and Toto, too my pretty!)

Awww…that doggie is so cute.
I’m in the “splash of orange” category. My guest room was done in shades of brown and tan, with blonde wood and buttermilk-yellow walls. It looked very…neutral. An orange throw cushion and matching curtains, and a framed print of “Flaming June” on the wall, and voila! What a difference!

RE: The Dog
Has anyone else noticed that the reflection off the walls is making *it* look orange?

Just discovered the possibilities of orange and IT ROCKS! I absolutely love the way it works in decor — it’s very authentic.
