Orange is not a color that figures prominently in my home decor — I have two throw pillows in my living room that include orange stripes as part of their design and that’s about it for orange. It is, however, a bright and cheery color that can evoke feelings of excitement, enthusiasm, and warmth, and it can catch the eye with startling efficiency. Don’t want to get noticed? Stay away from this color! If, on the other hand, you want to set people to talking about your signature style, look no further.
